㊾episode Front 180 (3) SK8-60
I am simultaneously practicing how to relaxed turn 90 degrees on Front 180 and how to turn 180 degrees in one go. When I practice turning 180 degrees in one go, if I try to turn more than 90 degrees my body position gets pushed forward. At its bad, I even kick my skateboard forward. At worst, I'll fall on the ground. It's like the axis of my body is shaking. I find it difficult to turn it more than 90 degrees. I haven't made any progress in practicing how to relaxed turn 90 degrees in Front 180.
I still have this sudden feeling of fear when I set up with Front at 180. However, since it only happens occasionally, when it does happen I take a rest or stop practicing. I think the reason is that I am stuck in a state where I have negative images of not being able to do it even before I even try. When I take the stance in Front 180, I feel like that anxiety I feel leads to fear.
Although I have a positive outlook, such as attempting unexpected tricks on a skateboard after turning 60 (As I have turned from the fear of aging and old age,I've become obsessed with skateboarding tricks.), I've written before, Japanese people are a negative people. Like most people, I'm born with a negative personality. I have lived with this personality for 60 years, so I guess nothing has fundamentally changed. I feel like I am facing negative aspects because I can't do each skateboard trick easily. Until I find a solution, it's important for me to never give up on trying to land skateboarding tricks.
