㊹episode For me, there is only forward movement. SK8-60

Now that I'm in my 60s, I just keep moving forward, overcoming danger and uncertainty, and challenging myself with skateboarding tricks. I have no complaints because if I could be this active at my age and avoid serious injuries, the anti-aging effects would be outstanding. I just hope it can continue for as long as possible. As usual, I'm writing this on my blog, so it's a warning against the way skateboarding tricks have become a part of my daily routine. As I'm getting older, I'm constantly at risk of serious injuries and illnesses...

When doing the front 180 (one-eighty) skateboard trick, I set position the toes of my front foot extending a little beyond the skateboard than in the ollie stance, because I've heard that it's easier to catch the nose of the board when turning. When I snap like the ollie and turn behind my back, I'm conscious of trying to turn, but it feels like I'm just flying at a slight angle (as I feel it).  Because I'm not used to the front 180、I find it scary to twist my body backwards when  doing the front 180 .

Also, I think the trick called the pop shove-it (jumping while flicking the tail, turning the skateboard 180 degrees, and landing on it in the air) will take a long time, so I will practice it to the extent that it doesn't impact my stamina (keeping the front foot on the ground and flicking the tail of the skateboard with the back foot to turn the skateboard 180 degrees).

....I have more things to do so all I'm practicing.
