㊸episode I changed my mindset and went for 180. SK8-60
I decided that the next trick I would try would be the 180 of the skateboarding trick. To do the 180, you do the ollie then rotate your body and skateboard 180 degrees in the air and land facing the other way (switch stance). When you go around to the dorsal, it's called the frontside 180. And when you go around to the ventral, it's called the backside 180(I see articles and videos that it is more difficult than the frontside 180 because you land facing backwards). In articles and videos, you recommend starting with 180, which is easy for you to go around . So I'm going to practice the frontside 180 because it seems easier to go around to my dorsal. The Frontside 180 lands facing forward, and is a trick that utilizes the hips, shoulders, and knees to the fullest.
When it comes to the hips, shoulders, and knees, these are areas that even middle-aged and older people have problems with or are prone to have. I'm even older now, in my 60s, so probably it'll be putting a lot of strain on my back, shoulders, and knees. As I get older, so if I can't do the 180 with my current physical abilities., I'll not get the physical that I can do the 180 in the future. Now that I've been practicing kickflips and have strengthened my physical condition, this is the perfect opportunity for me to take on the challenge.
Even though I'm in my 60s, I'm in great physical condition.
・・・・I want to accomplish the skateboarding trick this time.
